Please note that on February 20, we'll be doing planned maintenance on the SEON services. This important step will help us upgrade our databases for better performance and security for our customers.
Maintenance schedule:
- US Region: February 20, 08:00 - 10:00 UTC
- EU Region: February 20, 22:00 - February 21, 01:00 UTC
During this period, you might face short disruptions in the SEON APIs and Admin Panel. These intermittent outages could last from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. API requests during these outages will result in 5XX HTTP error response codes.
All services will resume normal operation after the maintenance window, with no changes required to your current integrations.
To minimize disruption, please make sure your systems can manage short downtimes of the SEON APIs.
