On July 31, 2025, between 13:27 and 13:31 UTC, a manual maintenance operation caused a temporary issue preventing incoming transactions from being saved promptly, resulting in SEON API timeouts for some customer accounts in the EU region. The issue was immediately detected by our automated monitoring and swiftly mitigated by our engineering team.
