Please note that on February 27, we’ll be doing planned maintenance on the database stack for SEON services. This important step will help us upgrade our databases for better performance and security for our customers.

- US Region: February 27, 8:00 - 11:00 UTC
- EU Region: February 27, 22:00 - February 28, 01:00 UTC

While SEON will ensure to keep service disruptions to a minimum, the following side effects are expected for short time intervals within the maintenance windows:
- 5XX HTTP errors responses from the Fraud API that could last from 30 seconds to 5 minutes
- Short outages on the Admin Panel that could last from 30 seconds to 5 minutes
- Incomplete responses for the Fraud History and Geo lookup features
- Delayed alert creation and notifications on the Admin Panel

All services will resume normal operation after the maintenance window, with no changes required to your current integrations.

To minimize disruption, please make sure your systems can manage short downtimes of the SEON APIs.
